Rules of Participation

Pol-Art Festival is held in Australia every 3 years, each time in another state capital, and its main aim is to present artistic achievements of Poles living down under. We also gladly welcome guest participants from Poland.

Pol-Art 2009 Festival  will take place in Adelaide, South Australia, between 27^th  December 2009 and 6^th  January 2010.

The rules for participation in Pol-Art Adelaide in 2009 are as follows:

1.      Artists wishing to participate in the festival are asked to fill in an Expression of Interest Form, available on request from the Pol-Art Adelaide 2009 Secretary ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ).  Completed Expression of Interest Forms must be sent back to the Secretary. The Secretary will forward them to the relevant Artistic Coordinator.

2.      The Artistic Coordinator will liaise with the enquiring artist or group to discuss the details like the repertoire, experience, reviews, standing in the world of art, technical requirements etc.  

3.      Lodging the Expression of Interest Form does not guarantee place in the festival.

4.      Participants cover the costs of their travel, accommodation and meals.

5.      Organizers provide appropriate venue free of charge.

6.      Proceeds from the sale of admission tickets are transmitted to the festival cashier.

7.      Participants in the festival do not receive reimbursement of any costs or share in earnings from their performance.

8.      Festival organizers can assist participants in arranging suitable accommodation for their stay in Adelaide during Festival.
