'a kaleidoscope of Polish art and culture'

PolArt is a triennial festival that showcases Polish visual and performing arts from Australia and New Zealand.  Since the festival's inception in 1975, PolArt has grown to a scale where, in Adelaide next year, over 500 artists and performers will participate. Some of the events planned for the PolArt Adelaide 2009 festival include folkloric concerts, theatre performances, visual art exhibitions, literature sessions, classical music, short films and the traditional Dozynki harvest fair. Many of the festival's major events will be held around the Festival Centre/ Elder Park/ North Terrace precinct.
